Payments

We accept Cheque, Visa, MasterCard, or Direct Deposit. Orders will be finalised for despatch after we receive your payment in full.
Ordering

You may place an order online after log in or by email to [email protected] Australian orders $AUD plus GST & delivery.
Delivery/Freight

National freight varies depending upon destination. Deliveries are made by courier or Australia Post/Express Post. Any redelivery charges will be added to your order. Please advise if your order is urgent.

Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but any delivery specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of goods. Special rush deliveries can usually be arranged and may be subject to additional charges.

All colours and products shown on our website, advertisements and promotional material are reproduced as closely as possible. Global Re-sourcing Imp & Exp P/L retains authorship and copyright on all publications and product designs.
Returns & Credits

Claims must be reported via email within 48 hours of receiving stock. No credits will be allowed for any returns unless it has been authorised by us. Once authorized, returns will need to be received at our facility with 7 days. Any loss or damage suffered by you in respect of the goods shall be limited to the contract value of the goods. We can accept no responsibility for loss or damage arising from the supply of the goods under this contract unless you have fully complied with the notification of claims procedure.

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

RETURNS
In the event that a product is DOA please contact us to receive a RA number. Any returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
