RETURNS
Kcraft offer both Customer Pick up and Delivery (Australia only). Pickup of goods is free and must be arranged in advance via appointment from our warehouse. For Delivery, place your order and we will send you the total delivery fee via email request. We use Australia post for all parcels under 20 kg and within Australia post size requirements. For larger quantities and packages, we use reasonable priced couriers and we will always let you know the fees in advance. If you would like to arrange your own courier, please let us know when you place your order in the comments.
RETURNS
In the rare event that an item is faulty please contact us immediately and we will issue a RA number to return the goods to us. Do not send any products back to our warehouse without an RA number as it may cause delays.
